How it counts
- Only people new to Hoolam can be linked to you, and each person to one ambassador, for good.
- Only completed orders earn. Refunds and cancelled orders don’t.
- Anything that looks wrong waits for our team to check, and you see why.
- End any time. You are paid everything you are owed, whatever the amount.
What you never do
- Never collect money for Hoolam or for an order. All money goes through Hoolam only.
- Never ask anyone for a PIN, OTP or password.
- Never pretend to be Hoolam staff.
- No fake orders, and no earning from your own orders.

Do I need to sell on Hoolam to be an ambassador?
No. You don’t have to buy or sell anything. You just need people who buy and sell online, and you must use your own WhatsApp number, ID and bank account.
Does it cost anything?
No. Joining is free, and the people you bring pay nothing extra because of you. Your earnings come out of what Hoolam earns.
How do I know what I’ve earned?
In WhatsApp (open Ambassador in the menu) and on your private dashboard on the web, which shows every naira, any month, with the order it came from and how it was worked out.
What if someone I invite already uses Hoolam?
Only people new to Hoolam can be linked to you. Someone who already used Hoolam, or came through another ambassador, isn’t counted for you.
Can I choose my link name?
Yes, when you set up, like hoolam.com/a/tobi. A name is first come, first served, and once it’s yours nobody else can ever use it.
When and how am I paid?
On the 1st of every month, for the month before, to a bank account in your own name, once you’re owed at least ₦5,000. Less than that waits for the next month. We send you the reference on WhatsApp.
